This policy explains what information AirportBidRadar ("we", "us") collects through airportbidradar.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. AirportBidRadar is operated by Datavortis.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you join our waitlist:

We also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3), but only after you accept them via the cookie banner.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your waitlist signup and send a confirmation email
- To notify you about early access, pricing, and launch updates
- To measure how visitors use the Site and improve it (analytics)
- To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (conversion tracking)
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand Site traffic, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure signups resulting from our ads. Both use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage) that can involve processing of personal data.
These are only activated if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you click "Reject", analytics and advertising cookies stay off and no such data is sent for your visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this Site and reloading the page.
4. Who we share data with
We use the following processors to operate the Site and waitlist:
- Resend — sends confirmation emails and manages our waitlist mailing list
- Google (Analytics & Ads) — provides traffic analytics and ad conversion measurement, only with your consent
- Our hosting infrastructure, to store waitlist submissions in a database
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep waitlist submissions for as long as needed to run our early-access program and, if you become a customer, your account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (Section 6).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies (via the cookie banner)
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in any email we send

7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
